Our Story

From ʻEwa Beach to the San Gabriel Valley.

I grew up in ʻEwa Beach, on the West Side of Oʻahu, where musubi was just what you grabbed — on the way to the beach, between games, out of a cooler at the park. Nothing fancy, never expensive. Here in LA, I could only find it as a side at Hawaiian BBQ spots. So I started Musubi Madness in Montebello to bring it back to what it should be: a simple snack for every day, any time.
